Booking Rules

• Children below 4 years stay free of charge.
• For children aged 4-13 years, we offer a special rate of 50% of the adult single rate when sharing a room with an adult.
• If children in the 4-13 age group occupy a room alone, they are charged 75% of the adult rate.
• Guests aged 14 years and above are considered adults and are charged the standard adult rate.

Room Rules

• Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the establishment.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise specified. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount. Any refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the booking.
